      <image:caption>I am a NASM certified personal trainer, a certified kettlebell instructor, a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, a certified circus silks instructor, and have been practicing boxing since 2011. My passion for fitness was sparked by boxing as a way for me to relieve stress, achieve a total body workout, and have fun. In order to reach my goals I discovered that I needed to add strength training to take my training and fitness to the next level. This led me to an interest in creating total body strength workouts. During my own fitness journey I discovered that I enjoyed helping others learn to box, learn to strength train and improve their overall health and fitness levels. My own journey has also led me to focus on nutrition, wellness and disease prevention. I am a whole food, plant based athlete. Boxing and fitness has allowed me to help my clients gain confidence, achieve their fitness goals, and learn or improve boxing techniques and exercise form. Having been taught my skills by a highly trained boxing coaches, I strive to teach proper technique and form. My goal is to share the enjoyment, knowledge, and experience I've gained from boxing and fitness with my clients. I enjoy making creative workouts combining calisthenics, kettlebells, boxing, and strength training that keep you engaged and inspired. I create workouts that are catered towards your physical abilities, needs, and goals - whether you are new to fitness or an athlete seeking an intense, challenging workout. I am passionate about fitness and education. I am constantly striving to improve and further educate myself in order to be the best possible source for my clients. In 2020 I received my Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification to help postpartum women in their fitness journey. Whether you are 6 months postpartum or 15 years postpartum, I want to help you get stronger and better understand your body so that you are able to tackle anything in your fitness and life journey. To further my education, in 2021 I completed The Empowered Performance Mentorship program. The program gave me an even deeper understanding of bio-mechanics, compensation patterns, movement patterns, and more. In 2023 I became a certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.</image:caption>

I have had the pleasure of having Brenna as both a trainer and a boxing coach. She is very well educated and knows just how hard to push each person based on their level of fitness. The fact that she recognizes the importance of balancing all three of these elements to achieve true success is not a trait seen by many trainers.
