  • 3 Weekly Workouts

    Each week, you’ll receive three 30-minute workouts to do at your own pace, designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. These workouts cover upper body, lower body, and core, and each exercise has a video demonstrations and descriptions in the App. You can choose from at Home or Gym plan variations, making it accessible for anyone.

  • Wellness Challenges

    Every week brings a new wellness focus through handouts and challenges to deepen your understanding and support your progress. We’ll cover essential wellness topics, nutrition topics, and fitness topics that build on each other. Everything will be offered to you within the app so that it is easily accessible wherever life takes you.

    Once the program begins, you will receive weekly pdfs and other materials for the program. The workouts will be accessible to you in the app beginning on November 24th-December 27th.

  • The Holiday Hustle is for anyone looking to stay active, focused, and energized through the holiday season. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this program offers adaptable workouts and health tips designed to fit into a busy schedule. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being and stay consistent through the holidays, this program is perfect for you!

  • You’ll have the option to choose between two workout variations: At Home or Gym. If you select the gym-based workouts, you’ll need access to dumbbells or kettlebells, and a cable machine. If you select the at-home workouts, you’ll need bands, and a pair of weights. Both variations are effective, so you can choose based on your available resources and preferences.

  • The Holiday Hustle is designed to fit into even the busiest holiday schedule. You’ll spend about 30 minutes per workout, three times a week, plus a few minutes each day for habit tracking and goal setting. Additionally, you can spend 10 minutes each week reading the program material and setting your weekly goals. The program is structured to keep you consistent without taking up too much time.

  • The workouts in this program are strength training workouts that use either dumbbells or kettlebells, bands/cable machine, or bodyweight (depending on the program you choose).

    The workouts are self-paced and will be accessible to you via the TrueCoach app with video demos and descriptions for each exercise.

    You will have access to these workouts from November 24th-December 27th.
