Mindful Workouts for Real Results

I do the thinking and you do the workouts! Are you struggling with which workout to do next or are you not sure how to structure your workouts from day to day or week to week to reach your goals? This membership is for you!

Each program is designed to make sure each person gets individual attention while also getting support from working with their peers towards a similar goal. You will receive structured workouts, accountability, and while having fun!

Membership Options

 
  • Focus on learning, improving, and mastering the fundamental movement patterns (squats, deadlifts, rows) etc.

    Perfect for beginners or those who prefer to stick with the basic movement patterns.

    This program can be done in a gym or home setting where you have access to dumbbells and/or kettlebells and bands.

  • This is an intermediate strength and conditioning program for those who are very comfortable with the basic movement patterns (squats, deadlifts, lunges, rows etc.).

    We utilize supersets and intervals to build strength and work on cardiovascular endurance.

    We will be using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, bands (modifications are always available for various equipment options) and calisthenics (bodyweight) movements.

  • Ideal for those who are working at home (or outside) with little to no equipment.

    Using only our bodyweight or home objects, we will work on mastering pushups, developing a stronger core, improving lower body stability, and pull-ups (if you have access to a pull-up bar, TRX system, etc. modifications for those without will be offered).

I started working with Brenna in 2017, I would attend her classes at the local gym. I loved her enthusiasm and her classes always gave me a new perspective about my ‘why’ for working out and a new perspective on strength training (something I wasn’t really into until I started attending her classes).
