  • If you are looking to improve your pull-ups, this is the program for you! Whether you can currently do zero or a few pull-ups, we will work together to build the strength necessary to perform pull-ups.

  • Pull-up Strong is delivered to you in the TrueCoach app so that you are able to complete your weekly workouts on the days and times that work best for your schedule.

    After purchase, you will be added to the Pull-up Strong program and will receive an email with instruction on how to download TrueCoach and access the Pull-up Strong program.

  • In this program you will receive 4 workouts per week programmed for you in the TrueCoach app. I recommend completing at least 3 of the workouts each week.

    The workouts will be approximately 15-30 minutes long, depending on how many sets you choose to complete and the amount of rest you take.

    Each workout has videos for each exercise with written instructions for how many reps, sets, and any other information.

  • You sure can! This program is perfect to pair with other workouts. These workouts can be added to your current strength training program, running program, or other workout routine.

  • You will need access to a pull-up bar, a few dumbbells or kettlebells, and a variety of bands.

    Optional equipment: TRX or other suspension trainer.

  • Yes! There are two different groups within this program.

    The beginner group is perfect if you can currently do 0-1 pull-up or chin-up.

    Choose the intermediate group if you can currently do 2 or more pull-ups or chin-ups.

  • Each person’s progress is unique. We all build strength and see progress at different rates. Whether it takes you a few weeks or a few months to get your first pull-up, you build strength and have fun along the way! Remember that training is a partnership between the coach and the client, the success of any program is determined by the amount of effort your are willing to put in.

  • Pull-up Strong is $47 per month.

    If you are currently training in my membership program you can add-on pull-up strong to your training for $20 per month. Contact me for your discount code.

    This is a recurring monthly program. You will automatically be billed for the next month unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time.

  • You will be able to access the pull-up strong program through the TrueCoach app.

    In this app you will be able to complete the workouts at your own pace and on days/times that work best for you.

    You will receive 4 workouts per week that have video demos and written instructions for each exercise.

    You will have accountability knowing that I can see when you’ve completed each workout. You can also contact me directly in the TrueCoach app if you have any questions or comments about the workouts.

I started the Pull-up Strong program in May 2022. I thought it would be a good addition to the personal strength training program I was doing with Brenna. It has proved to be a GREAT addition that has helped me with my overall strength, especially in my core. Aside from the pull-ups themselves, I really like all of the other exercises that are included in the weekly workouts. They are great for overall fitness. Brenna's programs help you build strength without overdoing things and risking injury. I have been humbled by how hard a pull-up actually is to do. But I didn't get discouraged because Brenna provided variations with assistance that allowed me to still practice the movements while I built the necessary strength. I could see progress every week. I did my first unassisted pull-up in January 2023. It doesn't look pretty yet and it still feels really hard, but because of how Brenna's program delivers consistent gains, I know I'll continue getting better and eventually get to multiple pull-ups.
