I love my job and take it very seriously, my training programs/sessions will be designed around your goals, needs, what equipment you have access to, any injuries or concerns, and your current level of fitness.

I have had the pleasure of having Brenna as both a trainer and a boxing coach. She is very well educated and knows just how hard to push each person based on their level of fitness.  I have watched Brenna work with beginner through elite level athletes and they all say the same thing,  “What a great workout!”

Online Group
Programming

Choose from one of the different group options based upon the equipment you have access to and your goals. Each group receives two different programmed workouts each week with written instruction and video demo. Pricing is for 1 month (4 weeks). See the different groups available here.

Customized Program

This is a great option for clients that are confident with their form but would like to add structure and guidance to their workouts to reach a specific goal. You will receive a customized program made specifically for you with no coaching/accountability. Your program will include up to 4 workouts per week. This program is 4 weeks long for you to use and refer back to. Your program will be a pdf format and will contain video demo links for each prescribed exercise along with specific reps and sets.

Customized Program + App + Accountability

Take the guesswork out of your training. Clients will receive a customized program made specifically for you and your goals that is set up in Trainerize. In this app you will be able to watch video demonstrations of each exercise, log your workouts, and track your progress. In this app I will also be able to see each workout that you log and track your progress. Clients are allowed to send unlimited messages and video assessments of any exercises that they have questions on through the Trainerize app.

Form Assessment

Form assessment for 1 exercise of your choice. Submit up to 3 videos of the exercise from multiple angles. You will receive thorough feedback and coaching tips and additional exercises or solutions to improve your form.

Personal Training Sessions - pricing varies upon session duration and frequency

Personal training sessions are also available both in person and online through zoom. In these sessions I will be with you to guide you through your entire workout, hold you accountable to your workout, provide instruction and feedback, and you keep motivated. This is a great option if you are seeking boxing sessions, accountability, are a beginner looking to learn correct form, or advanced clients who are constantly seeking to be challenged during their workouts. In each session you will have my undivided attention and your workout will be catered to your goals, needs, and what equipment you have access to. Choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions up to 3x per week.

What To Expect After Purchasing

After purchase, I will send you a very detailed PAR-Q (questionnaire) for you to complete. By filling out this information, I will be able to design a program suited to your goals, fitness level, schedule, equipment access, needs, etc.


If you chose personal training sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, we will pick out a day/time that works with your schedule. I will design a program that is catered to you and be able to coach you through the entire session by discussing the workout, providing feedback, correcting form, demonstrating each exercise, and motivating you throughout the length of the session. Your payment will renew every 4 weeks. You may stop your training at any time by letting me know before the next billing cycle.

If you chose personal training sessions via TrueCoach, you can expect to receive an email with an invite to the TrueCoach App. In TrueCoach, you will receive a customized program made specifically for you and your goals that is delivered via the TrueCoach App. Your payment will renew every 4 weeks. You may stop your training at any time by letting me know before the next billing cycle. At the end of each 4 week period I will ask for your feedback on the program to make adjust as necessary for the next programming phase.


For customized programs, you will receive an email with your PDF program for you to keep. These programs are designed to be 4-6 weeks long but are yours to keep and use for as long as you’d like. If you want a new plan after 4-6 week phase, a new bill will be sent to you.


If you chose online small group training, you will be added to a private facebook group and receive an email invite to the TrueCoach App. In this group you will receive two different workouts per week for 4 weeks to complete at your own convenience each week. Your workouts for the upcoming week will be accessible beginning on Sunday for you to complete at your connivence. This is an interactive group, you will be able to ask questions, upload videos to check form, comment on how the workout went for you, and have fun talking with your peers!
